For creating report server project and design your report you need to open sql server business development studio.In SQL Server 2012 bids has been replaced by SQL Server Data Tools. Go to the stat menu expand sql server folder there you can get BIDS or SQL Server Data tools. Below is the screen shot.
Project window can be enable by clicking on solution explorer.
All SSRS projects y default goes to documents folder.
There are three ways or types which are available to create SSRS project.
Report Server Project. - Creates project manually.
Report Server Wizard : Creates projects using wizards.
Report Model Project: Creates project for Adhoc reports.
